How to Make Hungarian Pasta / Fettucini (Magyar Style)

I just came back from Budapest, Hungary and I fell in love in this country in general and city of Budapest specifically. Long before I come to Europe, September last year, I just found something special about this city from a song called “Budapest” by British singer, George Ezra. Actually, this song is the only song I like on George Ezra’s entire career. LOL.

What so special about Budapest? The friendly people (not all btw), affordable living, the sun, Central Europe University..what else? Oh…the Food. Yes, I love Hungarian Food. “Hungry in Hungary” was my favorite phrase when I was in Budapest.

Well, BTW. If you look around on Budapest’s merchandise/souvenirs store, you’ll find that “Spices” is one of the mandatory items that you should buy from Budapest. So Hungarian people hunger for some spices? I feel like they are Asian. Yep, according to Historian Hungarian people is from Hun tribe, the descent of Mongolian. Now I know why they love for spicy food.

OK. Today I want to show you how to make Pasta. Not Italian Pasta! but Hungarian Pasta, or Pasta of Magyar Style. I made a video about it, just watch it below. And tell me what do you think?
